About Data Analytics (DA)

Data Analytics is one of the highest growth practices within Evalueserve, providing you rewarding career opportunities. Established in 2014, the global DA team extends beyond 1000+ (and growing) data science professionals across data engineering, business intelligence, digital marketing, advanced analytics, technology, and product engineering. What you will be doing at Evalueserve

·Self-drivenconsultant who can manage stakeholder expectations and can work proactively toidentify opportunities to improve conversion rates and enhance digitalexperiences on the website.

·Should befamiliar with quantitative and qualitative data analysis from a digital dataset standpoint.

·Support theanalytics needs of a business unit by analyzing web traffic using clickstreamtools beyond Omniture/Adobe Analytics,

·Create,automate, visualize reports with the help of Adobe Analysis workspace andcreating holistic dashboards by pulling data from different data sources andwebsites

·Should beable to do tagging as well do troubleshooting of already implemeneted tags inthe website

·Analyzingonline user behavior, conversion data and the customer journeys

What are we looking at:

·Must have AdobeAnalytics and Adobe Workspace Analysis hands on exp in reporting &Validation process.

·Experiencewith tools like FullStory, Hotjar, Content Square, Decibel or similar.

·Hands on experienceto create BRD, SDR, Tehcspecs.

·Must havehands on experience with at least one major Web Analytics package, ideallyAdobe Analytics

·Reporting,Visualization and automation through Adobe Analysis Workspace

·Eye-for-detailand ability to derive actionable consumer insights from data and reports

·Reportautomation skills using SiteCatalyst / Excel formulas and macros ,reportbuilder

·Experience ofworking with a marketing team on campaign planning, campaign analytics orbusiness analytics

·Must have Experienceand knowledge spanning website, media and marketing

·Knowledge ofeCommerce customer journeys.

·Experience inliaising with differing stakeholders/clients.

·Strong and innovativeapproach to problem solving and finding solutions

·Flexible andproactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership ofproblem resolution

·Ability tomulti-task under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision
