Senior Sourcing Engineer

One of our esteemed clients based in theKingdom of Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior SourcingEngineer.

JobPurpose : To lead the efforts in exploringinitiating developing and validating opportunities in supply chainmanagement quality improvements cost savings and other sourcingrelated opportunities.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Develop and implement companys material and services sourcingstrategies policies and procedures in conjunction with allconcerned personnel.
• Identify and evaluatestrategic suppliers for all the identified goods and servicescategories.
• Categorize Goods and Services toensure the optimum segmentation of the SupplyChain.
• Develop Suppliers selection criteriabased on companys business strategies to develop an approvedsupplier list that provides competitive advantage in qualityvalue/cost delivery and technology.
• Useproject management skills and tools to investigate alternatecomponent technologies for improved quality and reliability andimplement changes.
• Develop baseline/currentspend analysis to determine the appropriate sourcingstrategy.
• Conduct market assessment ofsuppliers and their supply chain.
• Monitorbusiness trends and product availability to pay the for materialswithout sacrificing quality or delivery times.
• Analyze and interpret market conditions trends and data to identifymarket opportunities.
• Identify opportunitiesto enhance business performance through improved analytics andreporting.

Qualifications& Experience:

• Bachelor university degree in related Engineeringdisciplines.
• Certification inSCM/PMP or related professionalcertification.
• 9years of experience in the relatedfield.
• Excellent analytical andproblemsolving Skills.
• Proficient in MicrosoftOffice Application.
• Good InterpersonalSkills
