Senior Engineer HVAC I

One of our prestigious clients inKingdom of Saudi Arabiais looking tohire a Senior Engineer HVACI.

KeyAccountabilities:

• Preparationof design deliverables with consideration for applicable codes& standards.
• Prepare specificationtechnical evaluation Supplier documentation review and expeditingwith Supplier.
• Perform calculations applyingPiping engineering principles techniques procedures and criteriafor Ship Building designs.
• Interface with otherdepartments to reflect the as ondate input from other Departmentsas applicable.
• Maintain the required technicalquality of work.
• Identify scope and schedulechanges in accordance with the Change ControlProcess.
• Ensure that designs comply with therelevant codes standards regulations andprocedures.
• Attend Factory Inspectionreports.
• Progress monitoring and adherence toscheduled completion of engineeringdocuments.
• Capture all changes / modificationsin the deliverables that have been intimated by project prior torelease of deliverable.
• Ensure appropriatechecking & review of all documents / drawings beforerelease at any revision status.
• Attendingproject review meetings.
• Coordination with theother Engineering disciplines Customer andSupplier.
• Ensure Supplier documentationreceived on time.
• Control of Quality ofengineering documents regarding Quality assurancebasis.
• Ensure compliance to HSE policies andprocedures as applicable.
• Ensure compliancewith all applicable information security policies &procedures.
• Responsible for change management& risk identification related to own assignedactivities.
• Propose design improvements andlessonslearned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelorsdegree in Mechanical Engineering or a relatedfield.
• Extensive experience in HVAC systemdesign installation and maintenance particularly in Rig buildingand MRO projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVACsystems specific to marine vessels rigs and offshoreplatforms.
• Experience with HVAC design softwareand tools.
• Familiarity with relevantregulations and standards in the maritimeindustry.
• Experience working on Rig buildingprojects including knowledge of rig systems andcomponents.
• Experience in MRO projects with afocus on HVAC systems maintenance andrepair.
• Strong problemsolving skills and theability to troubleshoot HVAC issues in challenging maritimeenvironments.
• Excellent communication skillsand the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinaryteam.
• Project management skills including theability to manage HVAC projects within budget and scheduleconstraints.
• Certifications or licensesrelevant to HVAC engineering and maritime operations may beadvantageous.
• Familiarity with safety protocolsand procedures specific to working in maritime and offshoresettings.
