Responsibilities:
  • Strongknowledge of Windows Server OS Active Directory Exchange IIS SQLoperation AZURE Office 365 and troubleshooting with a minimum of 35years experience.
  • Perform ongoing monitoringAnalyzing event viewer logs and maintenance of all servers in theoperations team environment
  • Must have knowledgeon Windows server 2016/2019 features and serverroles
  • Configure IIS hosting multiple websiteand troubleshooting error through logs
  • Designbuild test and implement server solutions in both physical andvirtual environments
  • Support end users oncomplex technical issues including problems related to applicationsClient/User computers andservers.
  • Understanding of networking protocolssuch as TCP/IP DNS DHCP SSL TLS
  • Experienceadministering Microsoft AD GPO IIS SSL and office 365portal
  • Expertise in Azure Active directory ADDNS and office 365 exchange
  • Working knowledgeof Linux Administrative activities and shell scripts(plus)
  • Experience with O365 Groupsinteractivity Group Licensing andtroubleshooting
  • Creating PowerShell scripts toautomate tasks.
  • Knowledge on Onpremise exchangeserver to office 365 migration
  • Handlingcustomer request through ticketing processsystem
  • Configuring VNET VM Load BalancerSecurity and application Gateway in Azure environment.
  • Knowledge on PF sense firewall configuring NATand security rules.
  • Experience with MicrosoftEndpoint Manager and Microsoft Intune tool Configuring policy forMDM and MAM and remote activities.
  • Installingand configuring Antivirus server and Terminalserver.
  • Providing desktop support tousers.
  • Manage all Windows servers includinghardware/software upgrades and patching of OS andapplications.
  • Ensure Windows Servers andMicrosoft applications are operating optimally are backed up andare properly configured.
  • Configuring websiteand troubleshooting issue in pleskportal
