Overview:TheRecruitment Executive plays a critical role in the organizationstalent acquisition process by identifying and hiring top talent tomeet business needs. They are responsible for developing sourcingstrategies conducting interviews and ensuring a seamlessrecruitment experience for both candidates and hiringmanagers.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Developing andimplementing effective sourcing strategies to attract toptalent
  • Screening resumes and conducting initialphone screens to identify potentialcandidates
  • Coordinating and schedulinginterviews with candidates and hiringmanagers
  • Conducting thorough interviews toevaluate candidate qualifications andfit
  • Communicating effectively with candidatesthroughout the recruitment process
  • Negotiatingoffers and facilitating the hiringprocess
  • Building a strong talent pipeline forcurrent and future hiring needs
  • Collaboratingwith hiring managers to understand their recruitmentneeds
  • Utilizing recruitment software andsystems to track and manage candidateactivity
  • Participating in recruitment eventsand networking to attract potentialcandidates
  • Ensuring compliance with allapplicable employment regulations andlaws
  • Providing regular updates and reports onrecruitment activities and metrics
  • Contributingto the continuous improvement of recruitment processes andpractices
  • Managing relationships with externalrecruitment agencies andpartners
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Business or relatedfield
  • Proven experience in recruitment ortalent acquisition
  • Excellent understanding ofrecruitment best practices andmethodologies
  • Strong knowledge of employmentlaws and regulations
  • Exceptional communicationand interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectivelyassess candidate qualifications andpotential
  • Proficiency in using recruitmentsoftware and applicant tracking systems
  • Abilityto prioritize and manage multiple recruitmentactivities
  • Strong negotiation and influencingskills
  • Ability to work effectively in afastpaced and dynamic environment
  • High level ofprofessionalism and confidentiality
  • Strongorganizational and time managementskills
  • Capability to adapt to changing businessneeds and priorities
  • Experience in employerbranding and recruitment marketing is aplus
  • Professional HR certification is aplus
