JobDescription:
As a MaintenanceTechnician at Laxmi Electronics you will be responsible forperforming preventive and breakdown maintenance on molding machinesand various plant equipment. You will play a critical role inensuring the continuous and efficient operation of our productionprocesses. The role will involve working with a variety ofequipment including DG sets compressors chillers cranes pump housescooling towers and other essentialmachinery.

Responsibilities:
1.Conduct preventive maintenance tasks on molding machines and plantequipment according to established schedules to minimize downtimeand ensure optimal performance.
2.Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions performing repairspromptly to minimize productiondisruptions.
3. Coordinate withproduction teams to schedule maintenance activities ensuringminimal impact on productionschedules.
4. Perform routineinspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issuesand address them proactively.
5.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities including workperformed parts used and equipmentstatus.
6. Collaborate withvendors and suppliers to procure spare parts and materials asneeded for maintenanceactivities.
7. Adhere to safetyprotocols and procedures at all times to maintain a safe workingenvironment for yourself andothers.
8. Assist in theinstallation commissioning and decommissioning of machinery andequipment as required.
9. Keepabreast of industry trends and best practices in equipmentmaintenance to continuously improve maintenance processes andefficiency.
10. Participate intraining programs and workshops to enhance technical skills andknowledge related to equipmentmaintenance.

RequirementsRequirements:
1.High school diploma or equivalent qualification; technicalcertification or vocational training in mechanical or electricalengineering preferred.
2. Provenexperience in maintenance and repair of molding machines and plantequipment with a focus on preventive maintenancepractices.
3. Strong mechanicaland electrical aptitude with the ability to diagnose andtroubleshoot equipment malfunctionseffectively.
4. Familiarity with avariety of tools and equipment used in maintenanceactivities.
5. Excellent attentionto detail and organizational skills with the ability to prioritizetasks and manage timeefficiently.
6. Good communicationand interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in ateam environment.
7. Ability towork independently with minimal supervision and under pressure in afastpaced manufacturingenvironment.
8. Flexibility towork on rotating shifts and weekends as needed to supportproduction schedules.
9. Knowledgeof safety regulations and procedures related to equipmentmaintenance.
10. Positive attitudeand willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies andprocesses.
