(Job Code): EN-IM-01Maintenance Manager TELECOMPURPOSE OF THE JOBSupport the Project Manager during Defect liability period(DLP) and maintenance contract of a Signaling OR Telecom as per the contract.Involve in Preventive as well as corrective maintenanceDay to day signaling failure reporting to the concerned department.Update tickets opening and closure at site on Asset Management toolOnce a solutionis defined , implement at the site.ORGANISATIONOrganization structure (job belongs to..)Regional Centre / Project Engineering or Field OperationReports directly to:Service Project ManagerOther reporting to:Service HeadDirect reports:Service Engineers & TechniciansNetwork & LinksInternalMaintenance Project ManagerProject Core team membersService teamsExternalCustomerExternal Suppliers.MAIN RESPONSABILITIESTelecom maintenance manager has to be familiar with COMM systemsFollows a pre-defined maintenance schedule as applicablePrepare failures and intervention report.Closely work with the customer O&M team to attend any anomaly during the DLP period.Collect failure data from the O&M team.Checks failure cards /gears on test bench as a double checkFaulty material reporting and send for repair and return back to site.Attending Punch points along with the site team.Worked with operations and maintenance of Telecommunication, Demonstrable ability to build close relationships with clients, subcontractor, OEMs, focusing in realizing.Supervise and inspect all site telecommunications preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance activities to ensure the system operational as per the Schedule & Site Specific.Perform inspections to ensure compliance with the safety policies and procedures and approved work methods.Extensive understanding of Technologies and Systems; PAS- PIS, Train Onboard system, CCTV Systems, Voice and Data Networks, SDH, Fiber Optic Networks, IP Networks, Access Control Systems, Telephony EPABX, SCADA, PLC, RTU, and WIFI etc .Experience of Telecom Metro Rail System interface with other metro systems SCADA, Rolling Stock, ATC, AFC, MEPS, CIVIL, TVS, PSD, Depot Equipment and Operation Control Center.Mange Contract KPI to meet the contractual requirement with Client, Involved in technical Meeting.Provide clear visibility and adequate documents to assist Maintenance Team and Project Managers (Calculations, technical reports, BOQ, Variation orders, Claims, reporting, etc.)Ensure the compatibility with the standards of health & safety,Technical open issues resolution, from investigation to modification implementation and problem closure,Support and coordinate the Telecom activitiesEnsure contact with the client and/or consortium representatives for the telecom sub-system definitionTesting and Inspection: Perform rigorous testing and inspections on systems covered by maintenance agreements to maintain peak performanceTroubleshooting and Repairs: Respond promptly to system issues, conducting troubleshooting and executing repairs to restore optimal functionalityMAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCESEducational Requirements:

Engineering Diploma/Degree in Electronics& Communication /Electrical/InstrumentationMandatory:Engineering Degree in Electronics& Communication /Electrical/Instrumentation/Computer scienceDesirable:Engineering Degree in Electronics& Communication /Electrical/Instrumentation/Computer scienceExperience
