1. Create photo realistic 3D visualizations of architectural designs, including exterior and interior scenes.

2. Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to understand design intent and requirements.

3. Develop and maintain 3D models, textures, and materials to ensure consistency and accuracy.

4. Should be able to visualize the space and offer designs/ design inputs to the client.

5. To prepare drawings for client presentations after taking into consideration the technical feasibility, ergonomics, space planning
