Job Title: 3D Visualiser

Job Summary:
Smart Work Consultants is seeking a skilled 3D Visualiser to join our team. As a 3D Visualiser, you will be responsible for creating photo-realistic 3D visualisations of architectural designs, including exterior and interior scenes. You will work closely with architects, designers, and project managers to understand design intent and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Create 3D visualisations of architectural designs using 3D Studio Max and Maya.
2. Collaborate with architects and designers to understand design intent and requirements.
3. Develop and maintain 3D models, textures, and materials to ensure consistency and accuracy.
4. Visualise spaces and offer design inputs to clients.
5. Prepare drawings for client presentations, considering technical feasibility, ergonomics, and space planning.
