  • IdentifyingPotential Franchisees: Lead team to actively seek out and identifyindividuals or entities interested in becoming franchise ownersacross multiple geographies and cities. Responsible for meetingorganizational targets for franchise development for thatgeography.
  • Building Relationships: Develop andnurture relationships with key accounts potential franchiseesfostering a positive connection and representing the franchisebrand effectively.
  • Managing Sales Process:Develop implement monitor and review a business strategy thatmaximizes the online top and bottom line. Oversee the franchisesales process with the team guiding potential franchisees throughthe necessary steps and providing information on thebusiness.
  • Planning and Development: The personwill be handling a large team but will also be responsible forramping up the teams. Provide leadership and advice to seniorexecutives regarding real estate planning development and policycontributing to strategic decisions.
  • Supervising Operations: Monitor key performanceindicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the performance of thebusiness unit identify areas for improvement and implementcorrective measures. Develop and supervise the operations of newfranchisees ensuring they align with the overall business strategyand standards.
  • Training and Information:Provide training and information to new franchisees enabling themto successfully operate within the franchise system.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross functional teams acrossbrand customer experience deployment finance and strategy to ensurethe objectives are met.
