Roles and Responsibility:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
· Lead, mentor, and manage the branch sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
· Conduct training sessions to enhance the team’s knowledge of home loan products and sales techniques.
· Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to team members to drive improvement and meet performance objectives.
Customer Relationship Management:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
· Develop a network of potential customers through referrals, networking, and marketing activities.
· Process Implementation & Monitoring:
· Oversee the implementation of sales policies, procedures, and best practices at the branch level.
· Monitor team performance, adherence to policies, and ensure smooth execution of daily operations.
Business Development:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive branch growth.
· Develop strategies to increase market penetration and boost revenue.
Reporting & Analysis:
· Provide regular sales reports to senior management on performance, trends, and progress towards targets.
· Analyze market and sales data to identify potential improvements and opportunities.
