RoleSummary:
  • Provides operational and support services tothe entire sales organization which could include: inbound orderdesk specialized inbound/outbound sales call center overflowspecialized order/account processing sales research reporting andanalysis sales method and policy development quota setting creditcompliance inventory management work order accuracy adhoc projectmanagement merchandising of retail & third party sites and mayalso include advertising inventory management.
  • Uses multiple systems for purposes which mayinclude: to enter pre and postsales information fulfill ordersprocess and post payments and/or verify order accuracy.
  • May initiate new service orderrequests coordinates and tracks product/service installationprocess.
  • Support and lead adhoc projects generated by client Sales Channels.
  • Prepares reports as requested.
  • Educates customers on products &services.
  • Meets or exceedscritical monthly performance standards including but not limitedto: data entry accuracy and productivity.
  • Draft routine client and/or customer correspondence.
  • Responds to questions helpsresolve problems and directs calls to appropriate resources.
  • Completes special operational andclient projects as assigned.
  • Acts asliaison and coordinator with other departments outside vendors andexternal customers.
  • Providesorder activity updates to Sales Support Manager / or Supervisor.
  • May coordinate and process offlineorders coming through G2B Ecommerce Friends and Family.
  • May act as back up phone supportduring periods of high call volume or point of contact forcustomers in the absence of the sales force.
  • May provide assistance conducting refreshertraining with existing Reps.
  • Maycoordinate with Courtesy Accounts for employees property managersVIPs government officials and/or reciprocal agreements with otherMSOs.
  • May assist in presale planningactivities and postsale activities.
  • May coordinate sales project events and other activitieswith sales force.
  • Client Business
  • May manage all orders from initialsale through installation and billing.
  • May interface with all areas of the installation processto ensure orders are completed by the delivery date.
  • May sell services to inboundcallingcustomers.
  • May assist withoverflow callhandling duties for inbound retention sales etc.
  • Interfaces with field provisioningengineers to confirm delivery interval feasibility for offnetorders.
  • Works closely withlocal billing coordinators to ensure sold installed and billedrevenues are accurate.

  • May prepare sales presentationsproposals and media kits.
  • May pullqualitative research and assist in building and exportingadvertising schedules.
  • Completechange orders promotions/taggables paperwork and trafficinstructions.
Typical Training / Experience
  • HS diploma GED or relevant work experience;
  • Specialized skilltraining/certification may be required;
  • 25 years of experience in area of responsibilityrequired
