We are currently seeking a Application Support Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Project Overview: iManage is the document management system used by the Legal team. Resource will be the primary technical support for the iManage application. Preferable experience in iManage.
Role Scope / Deliverables: Resource to support Legal Applications with experience in ServiceNow ticketing tool.
Responsible for the support of iManage, Malbek CLM and other SaaS applications.
Processes include User/Group Management, Software Installation, User Permissions, training users, creating knowledge articles.
Work with business partners to resolve system/application issues.
Executing and managing regular maintenance tasks.
Managing and resolving level 2 and 3 service issues and requests.
Provide weekly status updates on support tasks.
Escalate issues to next levels for engagement and resolution.
Excellent written, verbal and communication skills.
Maintaining Windows/AWS servers.
Key Skills: Experience with iManage applications.
Experience in SaaS / Cloud apps.
Database development technologies and platforms including: Relational database knowledge like Oracle and SQL Server.
Experience with using ServiceNow.
Knowledge of AWS is a plus.
Experience with Windows OS troubleshooting.
Technical understanding of IT and business.
Good analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
