Work Timing: 9:00 amto 5:00 pm
Working Days: 6days
Responsibilities:
- Greetand welcome visitorsprofessionally.
- Answer and directphone calls to appropriate persons ordepartments.
- Maintain a tidy andorganized reception area.
- Provideinformation to visitors regarding company facilities andservices.
- Assist visitors withinquiries and direct them to the appropriatepersonnel.
- Manage visitor signin andsignout processes.
- Assist withadministrative tasks such as sorting and distributing mail filingand photocopying.
- Coordinate andschedule appointments andmeetings.
- Manage office suppliesinventory and place orders whennecessary.
- Relay messages andinformation accurately and promptly to relevantparties.
- Respond to emails andinquiries professionally and ontime.
- Maintain confidentiality ofsensitive information.
- Coordinatewith other departments to ensure smoothoperations.
- Assist with coordinatingevents meetings and conferences asneeded.
RequirementsHighschool diploma orequivalent.
Previous experience ina similar role preferred but notmandatory.
Proficient in MS OfficeSuite (Word ExcelOutlook).
SkillsRequired:
Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.Professionaldemeanor and appearance.
Strongorganizational and multitaskingabilities.
Ability to workindependently and as part of ateam.
Attention to detail andaccuracy.
AdditionalRequirements:
Familiarity withoffice equipment such as printers fax machines andphotocopiers.Knowledge of basic officeprocedures and protocols.
Abilityto handle a high volume of tasks efficiently and prioritizeworkloadeffectively.
