So, what’s the job?

You’ll process all invoices ensuring they are approved in line with Company policy You’ll manage the company bank accounts You’ll process payment runs You’ll deal with supplier queries You’ll manage bank account reconciliations You’ll manage the company credit cards You’ll manage the employee expense reimbursement including all expenses approved are in line with Business Travel and Expense Reimbursement policy You’ll assist with month-end activities You’ll manage monthly aged creditors reconciliations You’ll assist with the preparation of VAT returns in Ireland and the UK You’ll provide backup and support to the reconciliations team You’ll interact with internal and external auditors to ensure issues are resolved and closed out during the reporting process You’ll assist with intercompany reconciliations and payment of invoices You’ll assist with intra-region recharges and invoicing

And what are we looking for?

You’ll have minimum 6+ years’ post-qualification experience You’ll have the expertise in financial services background You’ll have multinational experience You’ll have worked on Systems like SUN accounting and Promaster expense management system (or similar) You’ll have advanced Excel skills You’ll possess a good understanding of VAT You’ll have a proactive and enthusiastic approach, and be keen to learn You’ll have a problem-solving mindset You’ll have strong attention to detail and organisational skills You’ll have good communication skills, and be confident and persuasive You’ll have excellent interpersonal and time management skills You’ll possess the ability to work independently You’ll possess the ability to manage and navigate through change
