Responsibilities:
1.TechnicalArchitecture:
- Designimplement and maintain the technical architecture forSuccessFactors ECC and S/4HANAintegration.
- Ensurethe overall technical integrity of the solutionlandscape.
2IntegrationExpertise:
- Leadthe design and development of integrations between SuccessFactorsECC andS/4HANA.
- Implement andoptimize middleware solutions for seamless dataflow.
3.SystemImplementation:
- Overseethe implementation of SuccessFactors modules ECC and S/4HANAensuring alignment with businessrequirements.
- Collaboratewith functional teams to understand and address technicalchallenges.
4.DataMigration:
- Managedata migration processes ensuring the accuracy and integrity ofdata acrossplatforms.
- Implementstrategies for data transformation andcleansing.
5.PerformanceOptimization:
- Optimizethe performance of SuccessFactors ECC and S/4HANA through regularmonitoring andtroubleshooting.
- Implementbest practices to enhance systemperformance.
6.Security andCompliance:
- Ensurethe security and compliance of the integrated systemlandscape.
- Implementand maintain rolebased accesscontrols.
7.Documentation:
- Createand maintain technical documentation for system architectureintegrations andconfigurations.
- Providetraining and support materials for endusers andadministrators.
8.Collaboration:
- Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams including HR IT and businessstakeholders.
- Providetechnical guidance and support during projectlifecycles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a relatedfield.
- 810 years ofexperience in SuccessFactors ECC and S/4HANA technicalarchitecture.
- Expertisein SuccessFactors modules ECC and S/4HANAintegration.
- Strongunderstanding of middleware solutions and data integrationtechniques.
- SAPcertification in SuccessFactors and/or S/4HANA(preferred).
