We are looking forward to hire Dynamics 365 Professionals in the following areas :

Looking for a Senior Production Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 who has implementation experience in SCM & Warehousing modules too

Experience Required: 6 to 12 Years

Primary Roles:

Implementation and Configuration: Analyze current production processes and identify areas for improvement within D365 F&O's Production Control module. Design, configure, and implement D365 F&O solutions tailored to meet specific business needs and industry regulations. Assist with data migration to ensure smooth integration with the new system. Create required documentation like interface design documents and functional design documents. Process Optimization and Best Practices: Identify opportunities to streamline production processes using D365 F&O functionalities. Develop creative workarounds to meet client requirements without extensive custom code development. Ensure configurations adhere to best practices and industry standards. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with client Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other consultants to gather requirements and ensure all needs are met and having experience in onsite/offshore model. Lead workshops, training sessions, and presentations related to D365 F&O production functionalities. Manage end-user expectations throughout the implementation process. Represent the consulting organization professionally and effectively. Testing and Quality Assurance: Work with the QA team to ensure a high-quality, bug-free implementation. Conduct thorough testing of D365 F&O functionalities within the production context. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during configuration or testing.

Additional Skills and Requirements:

Proven experience as a D365 F&O Functional Consultant, with a deep understanding of the Production Control module. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and manage projects effectively. Knowledge of software testing methodologies. Experience in the manufacturing industry (often a plus).

Overall, a Production Consultant in D365 F&O plays a crucial role in optimizing production processes, ensuring efficient implementation, and maximizing the value of D365 F&O for manufacturing companies.

Secondary Roles:

While the primary responsibilities of a Production Consultant in D365 F&O focus on implementation, optimization, and best practices, here are some secondary roles and responsibilities they might encounter:

Change Management: Assisting with the change management process related to D365 F&O implementation in the production department. Providing training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the new system. Addressing user concerns and resistance to change. System Maintenance and Support: Providing ongoing support to production users after implementation. Troubleshooting minor issues and escalating complex problems to technical support. Staying updated on D365 F&O updates and recommending relevant changes to the system. Data Analysis and Reporting: Assisting with the creation of custom reports and dashboards to track production performance metrics. Analyzing production data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Providing insights based on data analysis to inform production decisions. Integration with Other Systems: Collaborating with other consultants to integrate D365 F&O with other relevant systems like warehouse management or quality control software. Ensuring seamless data flow between systems to avoid disruptions in the production process. Staying Up-to-Date: Continuously learning about new features and functionalities within D365 F&O Production Control. Attending industry events and conferences to stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in manufacturing technology.
