Job Description

**Looking for Experience Level of Minimum 5– 10 years** 

We are seeking a highly technical self-directed cyber security engineer with deep expertise in SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS on Azure platforms. This person should have a deep passion for driving security at multiple levels of the technology stack and crafting novel solutions to difficult or pervasive security issues that affect users directly. The ideal security engineer candidate should also be comfortable with a vast array of disparate technologies and fully understood techniques used to secure a sophisticated engineering environment. 

Job Responsibilities:  

  • Design, implement, and manage Azure virtual networks, subnets, and routing configurations. 
  • Configure and maintain Azure network security groups, firewalls, and VPN gateways. 
  • Collaborate with other teams to integrate Azure networking solutions into the overall architecture. 
  • Evaluate and recommend network-related Azure services to enhance performance and security. 
  • Create and maintain security documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures. 
  • Stay updated with the latest Azure security technologies and industry best practices. 
  • Conduct security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments on Azure resources and applications. 
  • Implement and manage Azure policies and compliance standards to meet regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2). 
  • Monitor Azure environments for security threats and anomalies, responding to security incidents and performing forensic investigations when necessary. 
  • Work closely with development and operations teams to integrate security best practices into the CI/CD pipeline and application lifecycle. 
  • Develop and maintain security documentation, policies, and procedures. 
  • Stay updated with the latest Azure security tools, technologies, and industry trends. 

 



Requirements


Qualifications and Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • Strong experience in designing and implementing Azure networking solutions. 
  • Proficiency in Azure networking services like Virtual Networks, ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway, Azure Firewall, etc. 
  • In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and other networking protocols and services. 
  • Hands-on experience with network security practices and tools in Azure environments. 
  • Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-700, AZ-104, AZ-500, Microsoft Azure Security Technologies, CISSP, or other security certifications) would be a plus. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Extensive experience in Azure security and a strong understanding of Azure services and infrastructure. 
  • Hands-on experience with Azure security tools such as Azure Active Directory, Azure Information Protection, Azure Key Vault, Azure Sentinel, etc. 
  • Proficiency in security assessments, penetration testing tools, and vulnerability management in Azure environments. 
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks and experience implementing security controls to meet regulatory requirements. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 





Requirements
Looking for Senior with Minimum 5-10 years of Experience. What you will work on Lead a talented engineering team & build/enhance the API platform for agriculture insurance Build new and exciting components in an ever-growing and evolving market technology to provide scale and efficiency. Develop high-quality, production-ready code that can be used by thousands of users of our platform Make design decisions based on performance, scalability, and future expansion. Provide technical leadership to other mobile and web development engineers. Help level up the team; share knowledge, conduct code and design review; drive code quality and process improvement initiatives. Write clean and well-abstracted code that you are proud of, with extensibility and performance in mind. Work in cross functional teams with product managers, UX designers and QA engineers to ship quality software on-time Collaborate with product management, leadership, research, and other teams to create the technical vision, and road map for the team. Contribute to all phases of SDLC including design, implementation, code reviews, automation, and testing of the features. Build efficient components/algorithms on a microservice cloud environment Code review, mentoring junior engineers, and providing technical guidance to the team What we look for: Proven track record of building and shipping high-quality backend API components with a minimum of 13 years of experience. Deep knowledge in selecting, configuring, and integrating 3rd party SaaS or COTS solutions as well as coordinating the development of such solutions Technical skills include Hands-on development on Java, Python, or NodeJS Strong SQL skills and experience and experience with relational and non-relational databases e.g. (Postgres/Oracle/Mongo). Broad experience in building interfaces between (cloud) solutions (Azure/AWS), API management and development. Detailed real-world experience with Scrum or similar agile methodologies Experience with the Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, Azure Infra, and Dev SecOps. Experience in Debugging and Monitoring the application. At least 2 years of experience managing high-output engineering teams with 8+ members.
