PositionOverview: We are seeking a highly skilled SeniorBusiness Analyst with a minimum of four years ofexperience to join our team. The Analyst will play a critical rolein studying various companies analyzingCSR & Philanthropic Foundations their initiatives and providingcomprehensive data related to NGO fundinggrants and performance metrics. The candidateshould be able to study & understandBalance sheets and various financial results as well. Theideal candidate will have a strongbackground in research data analysis and a deep understandingof corporate philanthropy and NGOdynamics.

Responsibilities include but not limitedto

1. Working onNetworking Opportunities:

  • Conduct indepth research on various companiesto analyze their CSR strategies foundations and fundingallocations.
  • Analyze data relatedto CSR expenditures impact assessments and alignment withorganizationalobjectives.
  • Identify and evaluateCSR funding opportunities including grants and partnerships withNGOs.
  • Monitor andtrack NGO funding sources including government grants corporatesponsorships and philanthropicdonations.

2. RegulatoryCompliance and Standards:

  • Stay informed about regulatory requirementsreporting standards and industry benchmarks related toCSR and NGO funding.

3. Evaluationand Assessment:

  • Evaluate the performance and impact of partner NGOs includingfinancial stability program effectiveness andtransparency.

4. Reportingand Communication:

  • Provide reportsand updates on CSR trends industry best practices and emergingopportunities.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop strategies formaximizing CSR impact and fostering sustainablepartnerships.

Qualification

  • Masters degree in relevantfield.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a dataanalyst (ideal if in CSR NGO management or relatedareas)
  • Proven expertise in dataanalysis research and report writing.
  • Shouldbe able to read financial documents such as balance sheetsfinancial results etc.
  • Proficient in ExcelPowerPoint and Creating Dashboards for datavisualization

InterpersonalQualifications:

  • Idealif candidate has grasp of corporate philanthropy CSR trends andsustainability.
  • Independent worker but shouldbe a team player as well.
  • Excellentcommunication skills able to simplify complexinformation.
  • Critical Thinking & problemsolving.
  • Adept at managing deadlines andpriorities.
