What you will do:

Responsbile for driving VRF/PAC product Validation by cross collabration with global team , lead test standards creation , Project execution and managing team of engineers to track overall VRF Product validation by solving complex technical isssue in product and lab.

Ability to effectively communicate issues technically/functionally across a wide variety of audiences.

Strong Experience in Requirement Analysis, Test Design, Test Planning, Test Strategy, Test Case/scenario preparation, Test data Preparation, Test Case Execution, Defect Reporting & Documentation

How you will do it:

lExcellent communication and team leadership skills

lStrong knowledge of testing methodologies, DQA mindset, and Design Engineering processes

lSelf-motivated and proactive with proven creative and critical thinking capabilities

lAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent context switching and changing priorities

lAptitude to independently learn new technologies

lCandidates should have previous experience working on large scale VRF/PAC projects testing and validation.

lAbility to effectively communicate issues technically/functionally across a wide variety of audiences.

lAbility to show quick turnaround with product design and testing issues

lCollaborate with a cross-functional team of product engineering , Development, project managers, product owners and quality assurance to report and mitigate project risks and ensure timely delivery

lUnderstand exisiting design and test standards , Complinance requirments in the product and bring in improvements

lCreate proof-of-concepts as necessary to demonstrate new ideas , process improvements and technologies for Labs .

lCandidate must have experience in product development , Product engineering and validation .

lKnowledge on Design change pointsFMEA , and VRF Product to lead the team and solve techncial issues and able to lead the

lLead and support a global team of testing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

What we look for:

Required

lBE/B.Tech

l10 to 12 years of experience in new product development and validation of VRF/PAC.

lCandidate must have good understanding of DFMEA/Test standards / Compliance requirments

lKnowledge of Six Sigma metholodgies , excellent MS Office Skills and ISO 17025 certification .

lAble to travel within and Outside India .

Preferred

lExperience with Product development and prouduct testing management , change tracking, and based on that able to drive the testing and project.

lGood communicator, both verbally and in writing

Highly motivated, Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques
