What you will do:

Responsbile for Executing  VRF/PAC product Validation by cross collabration with global team , Execute test standards creation , Project execution and  track VRF Product validation by solving technical isssue in product and lab.

Ability to effectively communicate issues technically/functionally across a wide variety of audiences.

Strong Experience in Requirement Analysis, Test Design, Test Planning, Test Strategy, Test Case/scenario preparation, Test data Preparation, Test Case Execution, Defect Reporting & Documentation

 

How you will do it:

l   Excellent communication and team player skills

l   Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, DQA mindset, and Design Engineering processes

l   Self-motivated and proactive with proven creative and critical thinking capabilities

l   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent context switching and changing priorities

l   Candidates should have experience working on large scale VRF/PAC projects testing and validation.

l   Ablility to create VRF test plan by understanding deign change point and execute the same in various labs with lab technicians .

l   Ability to effectively communicate issues technically/functionally across a wide variety of audiences.

l   Ability to show quick turnaround with product design and testing issues

l   Collaborate with a cross-functional team of product engineering , Development, project managers, product owners and quality assurance to report and mitigate project risks and ensure timely delivery

l   Understand exisiting design and test standards , Compliance requirments in the product and bring in improvements

l   Candidate must have experience in product development , Product engineering and validation .

l   Knowledge on Design change points  FMEA , and VRF Product able to solve techncial issues .

l   Able to Drive and execute test results and manage overall technical issues and interperate for management decisions .

 

What we look for:

Required

l   BE/B.Tech

l   6 to 8 years of experience in new product development and validation of VRF/PAC.

l   Candidate must have good understanding of DFMEA/Test standards / Compliance requirments

l   Knowledge of Six Sigma metholodgies , excellent MS Office Skills and ISO 17025 certification .

l   Able to travel within and Outside India .

 

Preferred

l   Experience with Lab management , Product development and prouduct testing management , able to drive the testing and project.

l   Good communicator, both verbally and in writing

Highly motivated, Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques
