JobSummary: As a Process and Compliance Auditor youwill be responsible for conducting audits of departmental StandardOperating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with companypolicies regulatory standards and best practices. You will supportthe auditing process by reviewing SOPs identifying gaps ornoncompliance and working with departments to implementimprovements.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • ConductingAudits:
    • Assist in planning andconducting audits of departmental SOPs across various departments(e.g. HR IT Sales and Marketing Operations Financeetc.).
    • Evaluate the accuracy completeness andrelevance of SOPs to ensure they comply with company policies andexternal regulations.
    • Identify areas ofnoncompliance inefficiencies and opportunities for processimprovement.
  • SOPReview:
    • Review existing SOPs toensure they are up to date and aligned with the latest companypolicies and industry standards.
    • Ensure thatprocesses are clearly documented and followed asintended.
  • Reportingand Documentation:
    • Prepare clearand concise audit reports highlighting findings risks andrecommendations for processimprovements.
    • Document audit results and ensurethat corrective actions are tracked and completed by departments ina timelymanner.
  • FollowUpand Corrective Actions:
    • Assist infollowup audits to ensure that departments have implementedcorrective actions and improved processes asrecommended.
    • Support departments in updatingtheir SOPs based on auditfindings.
  • Collaborationand Communication:
    • Work closelywith crossfunctional teams to ensure that audit findings andrecommendations are clearly communicated and understood. No verbalcommunication.
    • Provide support to departmentheads in developing revising and implementing new SOPs asrequired.
  • ComplianceMonitoring:
    • Assist in monitoringcompliance with regulatory requirements industry standards andinternal policies.
    • Help ensure that departmentsmaintain ongoing compliance with relevant guidelines (e.g. ISOstandards internalcontrols).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Accounting Quality Management ora related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year ofexperience in auditing compliance or a related field (internshipsor entrylevel experience welcome).
  • Basicunderstanding of internal controls audit processes and SOPdevelopment.
  • Familiarity with regulatoryframeworks and ISO standards is aplus.
  • Excellent attention to detail andorganizational skills.
  • Strong verbal andwritten communication skills.
  • Ability to workindependently as well as in a teamenvironment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeSuite (Excel Word PowerPoint) GoogleSuite.
