We are looking for a proactive and motivated Customer Service Representative who will be a part of a fast paced, diverse work environment where you take ownership of your work while collaborating closely with internal and external customers. In this job you will work with customer worldwide while working with an internal team spread across the globe. This job requires excellent communication and organization skills.

A clear set of priorities and expectations for the job and the company provide a framework for you to innovate new ways of meeting customer needs.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITES:

Your primary responsibility will be to manage operation for Global Customer & Field solution within Agilent, but you will be expected to take appropriate ownership to resolve issues throughout the quote to cash cycle. Individual contributor responsible for timely execution of pre-defined tasks in English Language. Work with the point of contact for the internal global colleagues. Responsible to escalate any potential issues to predefined internal contacts.

As part of this team, Agent is responsible for predefined tasks such as:

1. Logging calls for repair and all different kind of parts activities and extend support wherever the SC & FSE's need help.

2. Following up with Logistics teams to get the status of the parts ordered.

3. Help the FSE & SC with the service confirmation details

4. Close looping with other teams to get the response to the end customer on time and ensure customer satisfaction

5. Help the FSE & SC with the service confirmation closure tasks.

6. Order Parts for FSE

Qualifications

This role requires, sense of responsibilities, quality in work delivered, flexibility and very good English communication skills both verbal and written.

1. bachelor's degree from recognized University.

2. Good command on English (Written and Verbal)

3. Requires sense of responsibilities, quality in work delivered, flexibility and very good English communication skills both verbal and written.


Typically, 2 years relevant experience for entry to this level.
