Your role in our mission

Key Responsibilities
 

Reporting and Analytics: Power BI

  • Design, develop, and deploy interactive, visually appealing Power BI dashboards and reports
  • Create transformations using Power Query
  • Develop complex DAX expressions to meet reporting requirements
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data visualizations
  • Optimize Power BI dashboards performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions
  • Develop and maintain reports to support business operations and decision-making using Power BI.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance system utilization.


Project Management:

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver solutions on time and within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.


Training and Documentation:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and integrations.
  • Create test scripts for Unit testing and UAT
  • Create training documentation for end users


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in Power BI development is mandatory
  • At least 5 years of expertise in Reporting and Analytics.
  • Proven experience integrating MS SQL with Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


Work Environment

  • Remote./ Hybrid environment
  • May require evening or weekend work
