JobDescription:
We arelooking for a seasoned and strategic Planning Manager to join ourteam in Saudi Arabia. This critical role involves overseeing andcoordinating the planning and scheduling of projects ensuring thatdeliverables are met within scope time and budget constraints. Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for managing a team ofplanners and collaborating with crossfunctional departments todrive projectsuccess.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Develop implement and maintain project schedules that reflect thework breakdown structure project scope timelines and resourcesrequired.
  • Supervisetrain and mentor a team of planners ensuring adherence to bestpractices and companystandards.
  • Collaboratewith project managers engineers and other stakeholders to ensurethat project schedules are accurate and aligned with projectobjectives.
  • Monitorand analyze resource availability identifying gaps and ensuringeffective utilization throughout the projectlifecycle.
  • Track project progress identify potential delays and proposemitigation strategies to ensure timelycompletion.
  • Generate and deliver regular status reports to senior managementand clients including schedule updates risks andopportunities.
  • Assessthe impact of changes on project timelines and budgets updatingschedules and resource plans asneeded.
  • Develop risk mitigation plans for potential schedule disruptionsand proactively address issues to minimizeimpact.


Requirements
  • Bachelorsor Masters degree in Engineering Project Management ConstructionManagement or a relatedfield.
  • Atleast 3 years of experience in project planning or scheduling withdemonstrated success in a managerialrole.
  • PMPPMISP or similar project management certification ispreferred.
  • Strongproficiency in project management software (e.g. Primavera P6 MSProject).
  • Indepthunderstanding of project planning resource management and riskassessment.
  • Provenleadership and teambuildingabilities.
  • Effectivecommunication and negotiationskills.
  • Stronganalytical mindset and problemsolvingskills.
  • Abilityto thrive in a fastpaced multiculturalenvironment.
  • Familiaritywith construction industry standards and regulations in SaudiArabia.



Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., PrimaveraP6, MS Project). In-depth understanding of project planning,resource management, and risk assessment. Proven leadership andteam-building abilities. Effective communication and negotiationskills. Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.Familiarity with construction industry standards and regulations inSaudi Arabia.
