Responsibilities / Tasks

Provide On-Site Technical Support:

Respond promptly to service requests from clients within the assigned region. Conduct on-site troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of technical issues related to Separators and Decanters. Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns to minimize downtime and maintain customer satisfaction.

Installation and Commissioning:

Install and commissioning of Separators and Decanters at customer sites according to provided specifications and guidelines. Perform functional testing and calibration to ensure proper operation and performance.

Preventive Maintenance:

Execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Document maintenance activities accurately and maintain service records for reference.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build strong rapport with clients through effective communication and professionalism. Provide technical guidance and support to customers on equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Training and Support:

Conduct training sessions for clients on the operation and maintenance of equipment as needed. Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and colleagues.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements in service delivery. Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to provide feedback on product performance and serviceability.

Health and Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures during service activities to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others. Maintain knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to safety and compliance.

Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare detailed service reports, including findings, actions taken, and recommendations. Submit accurate and timely documentation of service activities and expenses.

Travel and Flexibility:

Be willing to travel frequently within the assigned region and occasionally outside the region for training or special assignments. Demonstrate flexibility in work hours to accommodate client needs and service demands.

Your Profile / Qualifications

Technical Expertise:

Proficiency in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing [mention specific equipment or systems]. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and/or electronic systems. Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.

Customer Focus:

Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and support. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues. Proven track record of building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Resourcefulness in finding creative solutions to challenges encountered in the field. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in problem diagnosis and resolution.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and customer support. Willingness to share knowledge and expertise with colleagues to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications Required:

BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Stream with at least 3 years of experience in similar field and industry.

Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in simialt firled and inductry.
