- Providerecommendations for process improvements and operationalefficiencies.
- Lead by example fostering ahighperformance and ethical work culture within theteam.
- Contribute to the development andimplementation of debt recovery policies andprocedures.
- Bachelors degree inFinance Business Administration or relatedfield.
- Proven experience in debt recovery orcollection management.
- Demonstrated leadershipand supervisory skills.
- Strong understanding ofdebt collection laws and regulations.
- Excellentnegotiation and communicationabilities.
- Ability to analyze and interpretfinancial data.
- Proficiency in using debtrecovery software and CRM systems.
- Sounddecisionmaking and problemsolvingcapabilities.
- Knowledge of risk assessment andcompliance requirements.
- Ability to handlesensitive and confidential information withintegrity.
- Effective conflict resolution andcustomer service skills.
- Detailoriented withstrong organizational abilities.

- Certification in Debt Collection orrelated field is a plus.
