ProcurementSupport: Assist in managing procurement processes forcustomer purchase orders (POs) and internal requirements. Ensurethat all procurement activities are executed efficiently and in atimelymanner.
Supplier DatabaseMaintenance: Help maintain an updated and categorizedlist of suppliers ensuring accurate records. Assist in generatingand analyzing periodic reports on the status of pending orders fromboth customers andsuppliers.
NegotiationAssistance: Support the Manager in negotiating withsuppliers including helping to prepare data and analysis fordiscussions on pricing credit limits and deliveryschedules.
SalesCoordination: Collaborate with the sales team tofacilitate the smooth processing of customer orders. Providesupport in aligning procurement activities with salesobjectives.
LogisticsCollaboration: Work closely with the logistics team tohelp ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers. Assist inmonitoring and resolving any logisticalissues.
AccountsLiaison: Coordinate with the accounts department toassist in managing invoicing processes. Ensure that invoices areprocessed accurately and on time and assist in resolving anydiscrepancies.
Customer Purchase OrderAccuracy: Verify that all purchaseorders received from customers are accurately entered based on thedetails like HSN codes/SAC codes GST etc. delivery terms &payment terms and other relevantinformation.
