Job Requirements
1. Qualification: Any graduate / Postgraduate 2. Years of Experience: 13 years 3. Key Responsibilities:
1. Calendar Management: Organize and manage complex executive calendars including scheduling meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
2. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders screening and prioritizing communications for executives.
3. Meeting Coordination: Plan and coordinate executive meetings prepare meeting agendas attend and take minutes when necessary and follow up on action items.
4. Travel Arrangements: Arrange domestic and international travel logistics for executives including flights accommodations and ground transportation.
5. Doentation and Filing: Maintain organized and uptodate electronic and physical files ensuring easy retrieval of information.
6. Expense Management: Process and reconcile executive expense reports in a timely manner ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
7. Project Support: ist in special projects and initiatives providing research ysis and administrative support as needed.
8. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
9. Business Travel: Travel with or on behalf of MD to attend various business operations. (As per business needs
