Job Description
  1. Sales StrategyDevelopment: Collaborate with the Zonal Sales Manager to developand execute effective sales strategies tailored to the statesmarket dynamics consumer behavior and competition.

  2. Channel Management: Oversee themanagement and expansion of both General Trade and Modern Tradechannels within the state ensuring optimal distribution visibilityand penetration.

Proven experience in salesmanagement within the Consumer Electronics Industry with a focus onboth General Trade and Modern Trade channels.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire andmotivate teams to achieve goals. Excellentcommunication negotiation and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data andderive actionable insights. Resultsorientedwith a track record of driving sales growth and achievingtargets. Knowledge of local market dynamicsconsumer preferences and competitor landscape.Proficiency in MS Office suite and sales managementsoftware.
