Job Description:
  • Promptsystem maintenance of partners so that the business runs smoothlyand our sales staff can achieve theirgoals.
  • Constantdata updating in the system in the event of a change of owner emailchange relocationetc.
  • Correctionof incorrect data entries in close cooperation with the sales team.This includes errors (e.g. incorrect invoicing) and partnercomplaints.
  • Compliancewith a speed process adding partners to the system within 30minutes ifrequired.
  • Theadministration of master data in the management tool (Repsly) ofthe salesteam
  • Closedialogue with the respective Sales Line Managers on specific datachanges
  • Necessarycontract amendments in dialogue with our lawyers and the salesteam
  • Structuredsetup and maintenance of contracts and annual commission agreementsFirst point of contact forqueries
  • Monthlyterritory changes within one day to ensure that commission is paidout to partners ontime.
  • Supportof Merchandiser Runs that take place several times ayear
  • Managementof expiring contracts and reporting to the respective responsibleperson


RequirementsSkills& Experience:
  • Bachelorsdegree
