We are looking for Digital Innovation Manager

ØYou support in the growth and implementation ofa Digital solutions & Innovation agenda for Siemens Global BusinessServices (GBS), collaborating cross-functionally with other strategists,innovators, product managers, and engineers to craft end-to-end business modelsthat solve meaningful customer problems, taking responsibility for theconception of new innovative digital solutions, incorporating UX Design andEngineering counterparts in problem-solving .

ØContinuously learning, analyzing, and refiningopportunities and taking ownership over the path to a scalable new business.

ØLeveraging state-of-the art innovationmethodologies like Design Thinking, Value Proposition Design and Business ModelCanvas to consistently identify and incubate innovative products.

ØEmbrace the “fail fast, fail forward” approachto product innovation, product planning and go-to-market.

ØResponsible to drive and support projects fromideation to product innovation with an evidence-based validation and agileapproach.

ØResponsible to conduct customer discovery andsupport subsequent Minimum Viable Product (MVP) development, includingface-to-face interviews to test problem and customer needs, to derive possiblesolutions, to test customer reactions to MVP and to validate customer demand(willingness to buy it) .

ØRequired to demonstrate metric-based decisionprocess for determining product iterations, pivots and resources, follow a hypothesis-drivendevelopment process in order to quickly evaluate customer needs andproduct-market fit.

ØFoster feedback, communication, and productdevelopment culture according to company values

You’d describe yourself as:

Ø3+ years of experience in a fast-growing companywith a history of bringing products from concept to market and proven successcreating and driving customer focused products in a fast-paced environment.

ØDemonstrated experience in innovation or productmanagement, preferably with a focus on digital products.

ØExperience in a (shared) service business is aplus.

ØAbility to succeed in an entrepreneurialenvironment and employ entrepreneurial techniques to exploring, validating, anddeveloping new customer offerings and business opportunities.

ØAbility to identify and experiment with newopportunities to expand company product market fit and knowledge when to adjustwhen value, feasibility, viability, or usability is not viable .

ØStrong initiative and proven ownership qualityacross functions and levels combined with ability to collaborate across groupsand organizations.

ØExtreme comfort with ambiguity, demonstratingvisionary ideas with storytelling for executive buy-in.

ØBachelor’s in business, Innovation Management,Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent .

ØDemonstrably strong written and verbalcommunication in English.
