JobResponsibilities:
  • Preparedetailed architectural and structural drawings using AutoCADsoftware for constructionprojects.
  • Create accurate and cleartechnical drawings and plans based on design specificationsprovided by engineers andarchitects.
  • Review and revisedrawings as per the feedback from the project management andengineering teams.
  • Ensure that alldesigns and layouts comply with industry standards building codesand project requirements.
  • Coordinatewith the construction team to ensure the correct interpretation ofdrawings during the phase.
  • Assist inthe preparation of project documents including bills of materialsand quantity estimates.
  • Maintainaccurate and organized records of all project drawings and relateddocumentation.
EssentialQualifications:
  • Diplomaor Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (DCE or BECivil).
  • Proven experience (1 to 3years) working as a draftsman in a construction or engineeringenvironment.
Skills&Competencies:
  • Proficiencyin AutoCAD for creating detailed architectural and engineeringdrawings.
  • Good working knowledge ofMS Office for documentation and communicationpurposes.
  • Strong understanding ofcivil engineering and constructionprinciples.
  • Attention to detail andaccuracy in preparing technicaldrawings.
  • Good communication skillsfor coordinating with different departments andteams.
  • Ability to work independentlyand manage time effectively to meetdeadlines.
