Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD software for construction projects.
  • Create accurate and clear technical drawings and plans based on design specifications provided by engineers and architects.
  • Review and revise drawings as per the feedback from the project management and engineering teams.
  • Ensure that all designs and layouts comply with industry standards building codes and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with the construction team to ensure the correct interpretation of drawings during the phase.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documents including bills of materials and quantity estimates.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all project drawings and related documentation.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (DCE or BE Civil).
  • Proven experience (1 to 3 years) working as a draftsman in a construction or engineering environment.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating detailed architectural and engineering drawings.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office for documentation and communication purposes.
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering and construction principles.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing technical drawings.
  • Good communication skills for coordinating with different departments and teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
