About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Fiduciary Coordinator.

In this role, you will:
  • Support Investment Strategists and Fiduciary Specialists in the development and delivery of advice, client acquisitions, and relationship management
  • Provide ongoing service in alignment with the needs of clients by preparing client presentations and investment reviews
  • Coordinate investment trades, distributions, compliance documentation and maintain files within policies and guidelines
  • Research and resolve moderately complex Investment and Fiduciary account issues and deliver extraordinary client experience
  • Identify and escalate client retention issues
  • Interpret and apply trust document language to specific situations
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with internal and external customers
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of administrative or sales support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Job Expectations:
  • Shift Timings - 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM or 02:30 PM - 11:30 PM.
  • Excellent in English language [Reading, Speaking, Listening, Writing].
