Content and Document Experience CoE team supports Wealth Management line of Business, providing digitized content & document management capabilities for WM business globally. This team is currently establishing a center of excellence team to offer best class services to our stakeholders, and we are looking for a “Content Management Professional”, who will be responsible for the development & support of templates, documents, testing business rules and supporting deployment activities.

This role involves (but is not limited to) the following responsibilities:

Liaising with Product owner, business users and other COE members to identify, assess and document business requirements related to Templates creation and support issues  Setup templates in the most optimized way using Product features by getting Template/Content level requirements from our users/stakeholders. Be able to navigate through complex problems and come with innovative solution Understanding of credit, Fee, Client onboarding concepts and private banking products a plus Be Control oriented and have risk/compliance awareness around the Content management world Make the Content fully compliant with tagging & navigation for visually impaired people under American disability Act 

Desired Skills / Experience

5 + years of experience in Content management and assisting in strategic or transformational change strongly preferred. Relevant experience in Wealth Management, Asset Management, Digital Banking, or a closely related business required. Strong analytical and problem solving skills  Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines, and ensure our organization is on track to execute and deliver strategic change that meets our goals. Proven ability to execute via successful internal partnerships with other organizations – with the ability to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions. Excellent leadership skills – of product, programs, projects, teams and/or employees. Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills. Ability to crisply articulate complex concepts to senior audiences with poise and confidence. Strong Oral and written communication Highly motivated with ability to work independently and in a team environment  Escalate potential issues or concerns to management team  Good command on MS-Word, Acrobat PDF & MS-Excel  Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience required
