Job Description
We're seeking a dynamic Social Media - Content Writer with at least 1 year of experience in creating engaging content for SaaS products. If you thrive on crafting and executing innovative social media strategies, this is the role for you. You’ll be the mastermind behind content creation, scheduling, and engagement across all our platforms. What You'll Do:

  • Content Creation - Develop compelling content that elevates our brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Content Management & Scheduling - Write, curate, plan, and schedule engaging content tailored for sales professionals and lead generation reps across all social media channels, maintaining a consistent brand presence and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Community Management - Actively monitor and respond to audience interactions, including comments, messages, and mentions, to foster a strong online community.
  • Performance Analysis - Track and analyze content performance, using data insights to refine strategies and boost engagement through optimization.
  • Campaign Oversight & Trend Monitoring - Oversee the execution of brand campaigns and stay updated on social media trends to identify new opportunities for audience engagement and content innovation.

Candidate Profile

  • Creativity and Content Creation Skills: Possesses a strong sense of creativity with the ability to produce engaging and appealing content tailored for various social media platforms.
  • Relevant Experience: At least 1 year of experience in creating engaging content for B2B and B2C SaaS companies are a definite plus.
  • Understanding of Social Media Trends and Analytics: Well-versed with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms, and with the ability to analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and strategies.
  • Strong Communication and Collaboration Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively engage with the online community.
