Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and proactive Content Writer and Social Media Associate to join our team, focusing on developing and expanding our social media presence in both India and international markets for Maino.Ai. The ideal candidate will craft compelling content, engage with diverse audiences, and drive brand growth across digital platforms. Previous experience in an agency or similar environment is a strong plus.




Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies for Maino.Ai , targeting both local and global audiences.
  • Create engaging, high-quality content tailored to various social media platforms, including posts, articles, stories, and multimedia content.
  • Manage end-to-end social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to refine strategies and maximize engagement and reach.
  • Research and stay updated on industry trends to inform content and social media strategies.
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other team members to ensure cohesive brand representation.
  • Engage with followers and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely, authentic manner.
  • Proven experience in content writing and social media management, preferably with a portfolio demonstrating work in Indian and international markets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) and relevant analytics tools.
  • Background in an agency setting or prior experience working with multiple clients is a plus.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles and familiarity with content marketing strategies.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing social media advertising and content writing is a bonus.
