Overview:
As a Product Consultant for Adobe Learning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation and integration of our LMS solution – Adobe Learning Manager for our customers during onboarding. Drawing upon your extensive experience and strategic insight, you will provide guidance, mentorship, and thought leadership to both customers and implementation partners. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving successful outcomes, fostering innovation, and elevating the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives across diverse organizations.
What You’ll Do:
Strategic Consultation: Partner with senior stakeholders to align LMS implementation strategies with organizational goals and priorities. Offer strategic insights and recommendations to maximize the impact of the LMS on learning outcomes and business performance. Solution Architecture: Leverage your deep understanding of learning technology ecosystems to integrate Learning Manager with existing systems and processes seamlessly. Design scalable and customized solutions tailored to the needs and requirements of each customer by leveraging the features and functionalities of Learning Manager. Leadership and Mentorship: Providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance to Technical Consultants to ensure the successful execution of projects. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team. Change Management: Develop change management strategies and communication plans to facilitate user adoption and organizational change. Anticipate and mitigate potential barriers or resistance to change, fostering a culture of openness and receptiveness to new technologies and methodologies. Thought Leadership: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-learning, LMS systems, and instructional design. Share your expertise through presentations, and customers workshops. Customer Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to customers, building strong relationships based on mutual respect, transparency, and integrity. Actively listen to customers feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose innovative solutions to address their evolving needs. Quality Assurance and Risk Management: Ensure the quality, reliability, and security of the implementation through rigorous testing, validation, and risk assessment. Proactively identify and address potential issues or vulnerabilities, minimizing disruption and ensuring smooth project delivery. Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance the capabilities and functionality of Learning Manager, driving innovation and differentiation in the market. Collaborate with product management and development teams to prioritize feature enhancements and roadmap initiatives based on customers feedback and market demand.What you’ll need to succeed:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Education Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.Experience:
Minimum of 14 years of experience in the Learning Technologies domain implementing Learning Management Systems or similar software solutions, with a focus on strategic deployment. Proven track record of managing and delivering complex, high-impact projects successfully. Strong technical background with experience in system integration, data migration, and configuration.Skills:
Excellent strategic project management skills, with PMP or similar certification preferred. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders such as the Chief Technology Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Chief Learning Officer. Skilled in translating complex technical information for customers and internal stakeholders at various levels of the organization. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strategic mindset. Proficiency in LMS platforms, e-learning standards (, SCORM, xAPI), and related technologies. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.-
