Project Management Trainee

The VishwakarmaProject Magagement trainee Head will be responsible for identifyingestablishing and managing training centers across their designatedregion in alignment with the project s guidelines. The primaryfocus is to ensure that centers are operational wellequipped andmeet the certification targets for training artisans. The roleinvolves coordinating with local authorities artisans and staff toensure the successful implementation and functioning of thecenters.

Requirements
- MBa Fresher Is requried
- 06 1 years in projectmanagement preferably in skill development vocational training orgovernmentinitiatives.
- Provenability to set up and manage multiple centers or similarfacilities.
- Strong connections withlocal authorities communities and relevant stakeholders to quicklyestablish centers.
- Experienceworking with artisans vocational training institutes or similargroups is a plus
- Excellentleadership communication and problemsolvingabilities.
- Strong project planningbudgeting and resource managementskills
- Willingness to travelextensively within the region to oversee center setup andoperations.
- Provenability to set up and manage multiple centers or similarfacilities.
