We seek a motivatedand experienced Product Owner to join our telecom operator team. Asa

Product Owner you will play a pivotal role indefining and delivering innovative BSSOSS solutions

that meet the needs of our customers and drive businessgrowth. You will collaborate closely with

crossfunctional teams including network operationsmarketing customer service and IT to ensure

thesuccessful development and deployment of telecom products andservices. This role requires a

deepunderstanding of the telecom industry agile methodologies andexceptional communication

skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and prioritize features andenhancements for telecom products and services based onmarket

trends customer feedback and businessgoals.

Collaborate with stakeholders to developproduct vision strategy and roadmap that align with

company objectives.

Create and maintainthe product backlog ensuring it reflects the latest priorities andrequirements.

Work closely with developmentteams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of productreleases.

Act as the primary interface betweenbusiness stakeholders development teams and external

vendors to coordinate activities and resolveissues.

Conduct market research and competitiveanalysis to identify opportunities and threats in the

telecom industry.

Monitor and analyzeproduct performance metrics customer usage data and feedback todrive

continuous improvement andinnovation.

Lead sprint planning review meetingsand daily standups to track progress identify risks and

adjust priorities as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Product Owner orsimilar role in the telecom industry.

Indepthknowledge of telecom products services and technologies (e.g.mobile broadband IoT

OSS BSS).

Strong understanding of agile methodologies (e.g. ScrumKanban) and experience in agile product

management practices.

Excellentcommunication negotiation and stakeholder managementskills.

Ability to translate businessrequirements into technical specifications and viceversa.

Analytical mindset with the ability tomake datadriven decisions.

Bachelor’sdegree in Telecommunications Business Administration Engineering ora related field

(preferred).

Additional Desired Skills:

Certification in Agile (e.g. Certified ScrumProduct Owner (CSPO)) is a plus.

Certificationsin eTOM TOGAF is a plus.

Experience with telecomnetwork operations billing systems and OSS/BSS platforms.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance inthe telecom industry.

Previous experience inmanaging telecom product lifecycle from concept tolaunch.
