Job Description
As a Technical Sales Executive at simulationHub, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts, particularly within the valve and HVAC industry. Combining your mechanical engineering background with your business acumen, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure. Your expertise in technical sales, coupled with your proficiency in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building, will be essential in promoting our innovative cloud-based CFD solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize your mechanical engineering knowledge to understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of simulationHub's offerings to prospective clients in the valve and HVAC industry.
  • Take ownership of the sales process, from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including engineering teams, project managers, and executives, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage various sales tools, including CRM systems, to track leads, manage pipelines, and optimize sales performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for lead generation, including participation in expos, webinars, and content creation such as blogs.
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives, including social media posting and other online campaigns, to increase brand visibility and attract potential clients.
  • Demonstrate creativity and strategic thinking in identifying opportunities for expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer insights and market trends to continually enhance our offerings and maintain a competitive edge.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven track record in technical sales, preferably within the valve and HVAC industry.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in sales tools and CRM systems for managing leads and tracking sales activities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of the sales process and drive results from start to finish.
  • Experience participating in expos, webinars, and other marketing events to generate leads and promote products.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
