KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

:

Vendor Management & Payments

Supervise and strengthen vendor management & payments for the channel - both internally & externally Coordination with internal stakeholders/ vendors for required documents Liaise with Finance and procurement teams for monitoring and implementation common SOP to ensure timely delivery of plans relating to payments/ fulfilments and employee reimbursements Help and support in advance settlements Monitor and ensure MIS reporting- Vendor payment tracker & PRPO data Monitor and publish routine MIS on Induction expenses, LY fun, Off role staff salary and other ad- hoc expenses of the channel NOC certificates from vendors (Half/ Yearly) Analyze and provide monthly Opex/ Non Opex data and channel provisions to finance Ensure and close NOC certificates from vendors as and when required Support and close GST mismatch and reconciliation with vendors Full control of all off role employee data, their expenses, cost approvals, contract extensions and increments as per already laid down policies.

Budgetary Controls

Monitor, compile and publish routine MIS reporting to all internal stakeholders with regard to Channel budget and expenses Work with Finance for requisite data extraction from system, reconciliation and publishing of required reports Other routine MIS support to all internal stakeholders Travel Management- Analyses, Recommendations, SOPs formulation and implementations Support the field with resolution on business monitoring queries Participate in formulating Cost Saving Initiatives for the channel Base data work for various management reports like MBR, NRH

Projects

Participate & collaborate for projects/developments as per channels requirement.

Measure of Success:

Timely and reasonable estimate of channel expenses related key metrics and expenses. Timely and Quality Deliverables Consistency, Accuracy & TAT adherence as per the activity Process improvements Quality of Reports conceptualized under Performance framework

Minimum/Specific Experience

5-6 years of total experience MBA /Post Graduate/Graduate Excellent skills in Excel, VBA and SQL Excellent Verbal and articulation skills Understanding of IT tools/automation techniques
