We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager cum Scrum Master with 7-10 years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills along with expertise in leading Agile teams using Scrum methodologies. Additionally, experience in digital analytics using tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Adobe Data Collection, etc., will be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the execution of IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, scope, and budget.


Act as a Scrum Master for Agile development teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.


Collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to prioritize project requirements and deliverables.


Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices and principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.


Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.


Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting transparency, trust, and effective communication.


Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management, Agile methodologies, and digital analytics, incorporating relevant insights into project execution.

Qualifications:

7-10 years of experience in the IT industry with a proven track record of successful project delivery.


Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification will be a plus.


Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, with hands-on experience in leading Agile teams using Scrum.


Experience in digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Adobe Data Collection, etc., is preferred.


Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership, problem-solving skills.


Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
