We wanted to inform you about an upcoming mentoring/training requirement aimed at fostering skill development and knowledge sharing within the team of our client.Job Title: Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Trainer - Snowflake, IICS, TableauLocation: MumbaiAbout the Role:We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Trainer specializing in Snowflake, Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), and Tableau. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver training programs to help teams and clients maximize the potential of these tools for data engineering, integration, and analytics.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs on Snowflake, IICS, and Tableau, covering key concepts, architecture, best practices, and real-world use cases.Create training materials such as presentations, hands-on exercises, case studies, and documentation tailored to various audience skill levels.Conduct interactive, in-depth training sessions, including workshops, webinars, and live sessions on topics such as data integration, cloud data warehousing, data visualization, and ETL processes.Provide expert guidance on Snowflake architecture, data loading, performance optimization, and cost management.Mentor trainees on best practices for leveraging IICS for data integration, cloud-based ETL workflows, and automation.Train clients and internal teams on how to use Tableau to create insightful dashboards, perform data analysis, and apply advanced visualization techniques.Stay current with new features, tools, and updates in Snowflake, IICS, and Tableau to ensure that training content remains relevant and up to date.Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to customize training content based on specific business requirements and project needs.Support learners throughout their training journey, providing one-on-one mentorship, answering questions, and guiding them on how to apply learned concepts in real-world scenarios.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and post-training reviews, ensuring continuous improvement.Troubleshoot technical issues related to Snowflake, IICS, or Tableau, and assist teams in overcoming challenges they face in implementation.Act as a subject matter expert, offering consultations to help teams optimize their data infrastructure and analytics workflows.Qualifications:Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, Business Intelligence, or a related field.5+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake, Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), and Tableau.Proven experience in designing and delivering technical training programs, especially focused on data warehousing, data integration, and business intelligence.Strong expertise in Snowflake, including database design, data modeling, performance tuning, and cost optimization techniques.In-depth knowledge of IICS and experience in designing, implementing, and automating ETL workflows and integrations on cloud platforms.Extensive experience with Tableau, including report creation, dashboarding, advanced analytics, and data visualization best practices.Solid understanding of cloud-based data architectures and integration patterns.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Strong mentoring and coaching abilities, with a passion for helping others succeed and grow.Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges related to Snowflake, IICS, or Tableau.Preferred Skills:Certifications in Snowflake (e.g., Snowflake Certified Data Engineer), Informatica (e.g., IICS certifications), or Tableau (e.g., Tableau Desktop Certified Associate).Familiarity with other cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, and their integration with Snowflake and IICS.Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices in cloud environments.Experience with scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python) to support data integration or analytics tasks.Prior experience in teaching or mentoring in corporate settings or educational environments.Why Join Us?Be a key influencer in empowering organizations to unlock the full potential of their data using Snowflake, IICS, and Tableau.Work in a dynamic and collaborative environment with access to cutting-edge tools and technologies.Enjoy opportunities for professional growth through continuous learning, certifications, and exposure to diverse projects.Make a tangible impact on client success by helping them optimize their data processes and leverage analytics for business insights.Contribute to an innovative, learning-focused culture that values knowledge sharing and development.
