We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Senior Specialist to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).

JD:

Responsibilities:

Identify opportunities to automate and standardize information security controls and for the supported groupsResolve any vulnerabilities or issues detected in an application or infrastructureAnalyze to mitigate identified weaknesses and vulnerabilities within the systemReview and validate automated testing results and prioritize actions that resolve issues based on overall riskReduce risk by analyzing the root cause of issues, their impact, and required corrective actionsDirect the development and delivery of secure solutions by coordinating with business and technical contactsAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:6-10 years of relevant experienceAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and softwareConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communicationProven influencing and relationship management skillsProven analytical skills

Education:Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experienceMaster’s degree preferred

This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.
Must have technical skills Deploy and design large scale complex security ecosystemsProficiency in one or more of these scripting languages – Python, Unix Shell, Perl & PowerShell scripting.Good grasp of networking concepts and protocolsHands-on experience working with various flavors of server operating system, NIX or Microsoft basedDeep understanding of TCP/IP technologies and internet routing protocolsInner workings of Web/Application services from a programmer or application integrators perspectiveExperience with RDBMS from application programmer’s perspective. Good knowledge of how to interface with these databases, analyze & write complex queries & proceduresExperience with any SQL databases will also be consideredNeeds to have experience with production server support, application upgrades and project life cycle/ SDLC process.Integration of server performance and capacity monitoring tools with various products.Working knowledge of open source automation and resource/system monitoring technologies
Other skills candidate must possessIs security conscious and has experience deploying security related updates to application and has deep understanding of server level patching mechanismMust have exceptional analytical skillsStrong customer and quality-focusMust have experience following and developing procedures for operational support along with good documentation skills using well known tools & web applicationsSound problem resolution, judgment and decision-making skillsExcellent organizational, interpersonal, and project management skillsFluently communicates in both written and oral EnglishAbility to work well individually and as part of a team
Good to HaveSpecialization / Certification in any Data Protection Technology or cloud based certificationsCertification or Extensive experience with either C#, .Net, Java or any well-known / open source programming languagesNetworking related certifications like CCNE, CCNAOperating System certifications like MCSA (Windows Server), RHCSA, RHCE, CompTIA Server+Hands on experience with web services and associated frameworks like SOAP, REST, and WCF.Knowledge of Security tools and hands-on experience with some of the following technologies is an added advantage:Workload Automation & Job execution toolsInfrastructure automation tools like CHEFExperience with documenting within web based collaboration toolsExperience working and implementing tools that monitoring infrastructure server utilization and servicesFamiliarity of Compliance and risk management frameworks and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:Capacity, Performance and Stability reporting and Management.Innovate and bring process and technical enhancements.Lead initiative to develop/improve scripts and other programs for system monitoring and maintenance.Provide Technical Mentoring.Lead Infrastructure projects and Security assessment for the infrastructure associated the applications in scope.Leadership Skills to Document and do knowledge transfer to other team members.Be responsible to assess the risk and associated impact of all operational issues and change events and react quickly to escalate to technology management in a timely manner when required.Work closely with the vulnerability assessment team to ensure the compliance requirements are met by scheduling and completing the vulnerability assessment tests.Track and close all compliance items on time. Continuously keep the Knowledge Share repository up to date.Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to work across all levels of the organization.Proven ability to work with demanding global partners within aggressive timelines; solid problem solving, analytical and technical abilities.
