Job Title: SCADA Systems Integration Specialist

GRT Jewellers (India) Private Limited is seeking a skilled SCADA Systems Integration Specialist to join our team at GRT Renewable Power in Chennai. This full-time, mid-level position requires a candidate with a maximum of 6 years of experience in SCADA Systems Integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain SCADA systems to support efficient operations and enhance system reliability across platforms.
  • Develop, test, and program PLC systems to achieve desired automation goals in line with project specifications and operational requirements.
  • Create intuitive HMI interfaces for operators to simplify monitoring processes, improve operational decision-making, and efficiency.
  • Ensure secure and reliable network communications between SCADA components, implementing necessary protocols and security measures.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues in SCADA systems promptly to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operational flow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and workflows within existing SCADA system infrastructure.
  • Conduct regular system evaluations to identify areas for improvement and upgrade system components as necessary to optimize performance.
  • Provide technical support and training to team members and stakeholders to enhance system understanding and operational capacities.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in SCADA Systems Integration to ensure seamless operations across various platforms and setups, enhancing overall system reliability.
  • Strong expertise in PLC Programming enables efficient automation and control of industrial operations vital for process optimization and safety.
  • Experienced in HMI Development, creating user-friendly interfaces that facilitate effective monitoring and control of complex industrial processes.
  • Thorough understanding of Network Communication Protocols essential for ensuring robust connectivity and communication between system components.
  • Knowledgeable in Cybersecurity for SCADA Systems to protect crucial infrastructure from unauthorized access and potential security threats.
  • Skilled in Troubleshooting SCADA Systems, identifying and solving complex issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
  • Competent in System Design and Implementation, ensuring the development of scalable, efficient solutions that meet organizational needs.
