Responsibilities:

  • IT Change Management ensures that standardized methodsand procedures are used during the planning approval andimplementation of IT changes in order to control risk minimizeservice disruption and provide quality service to employees andcustomers.
  • Evaluate change requests for ITsoftware and infrastructure production changes and make
  • recommendations (approve/deny/modify) based uponconformity to policy assessed risk readiness and completion ofchange data
  • Ensure complete and accuratedocumentation of change requests including testingresults
  • implementation plans and backoutplans
  • Ensure scheduled service windows outagesand service level agreements adhered to; provide oversight andescalation during production change windows
