Job Summary:
As an Android Team Lead with 8years of experience you will be responsible for leading a teamof
Android developers in designingdeveloping and maintaining highquality mobile applicationsfor
Comcast 5G SA(Standalone)Offload Network using Comcast Dual Sim and Dual Standbyrequirements.
You will collaborateclosely with crossfunctional teams including product managersdesigners
and backend developersto deliver cuttingedge solutions. The role will involvearchitecting scalableand
highperformance Androidsolutions while integrating communication protocols specific to 5GNR/SA.
Your expertise in Androiddevelopment leadership skills and technical knowledge will becrucial in
guiding the teamtowards successful projectcompletion.
Responsibilities:
1.Lead and mentor a team of Android developers Android Protocolexperts Android Platformteam
members providing guidancesupport and technicalexpertise.
2. Drive thedevelopment process from concept to delivery ensuring adherence tobest practices
coding standardsand project timelines.
3.Collaborate with product managers and designers to translaterequirements intotechnical
specifications andactionable tasks.
4. Architectrobust and scalable Android applications considering factors suchas performance security
and userexperience.
5. Conduct codereviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code qualityand ensure
adherence to codingstandards.
6. Stay updated withthe latest trends and advancements in Android development andadvocate for the
adoption of newtechnologies when appropriate.
7.Identify and address technical challenges and roadblocksproactively working closely withteam
members to find effectivesolutions.
8. Foster acollaborative and positive team environment promoting knowledgesharing andcontinuous
learning.
9.Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing project updatesprogress reports and
addressingany concerns or issues in a timelymanner.
10. Participate in thehiring process including conducting interviews and evaluatingcandidates for
Android developmentpositions.
JobRequirements:
1. Bachelors degreein Computer Science Engineering or a relatedfield.
2. Minimum 8 years ofprofessional experience in Android application development with atleast 2 years
in a leadership ormanagerial role.
3. Proficiency inJava and Kotlin programming languages with a deep understanding ofAndroid SDK
architecturecomponents and design patterns.
4.Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to architect complexAndroid applications fromscratch.
5. Experience withRESTful APIs JSON/XML parsing and thirdparty librariesintegration.
6. Knowledge of Agilemethodologies and experience working in Agile developmentenvironments.
7. Excellentleadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire andmotivate team members.
8. Strongcommunication skills both written and verbal with the ability toeffectively communicate
technicalconcepts to nontechnicalstakeholders.
9. Experience withversion control systems such as Git and familiarity with continuousintegration and
deploymentpractices.
10. A passion forlearning and staying updated with the latest trends andadvancements inmobile
technology.

Bachelor's degree inComputer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2. Minimum 8years of professional experience in Android applicationdevelopment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerialrole. 3. Proficiency in Java and Kotlin programming languages, witha deep understanding of Android SDK, architecture components, anddesign patterns. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and the abilityto architect complex Android applications from scratch. 5.Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON/XML parsing, and third-partylibraries integration. 6.
