  • Developingfinancial strategies and plans for thecompany.
  • Overseeing the preparation offinancial reports and statements.
  • Conductingthorough financial analysis to supportdecisionmaking.
  • Managing cash flow and ensuringproper allocation of funds.
  • Collaborating withdepartment heads to develop and monitor departmentalbudgets.
  • Implementing and managing financialcontrols and risk managementprocesses.
  • Supervising a team of financialprofessionals and providing leadership andguidance.
  • Preparing forecasts and financialprojections.
  • Assessing financial performanceand identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensuringcompliance with financial regulations andstandards.
  • Participating in financial auditsand managing relationships withauditors.
  • Providing financial insights andrecommendations to seniormanagement.
  • Supporting strategic planning anddecisionmaking through financialexpertise.
  • Driving cost optimizationinitiatives and identifying costsavingopportunities.
  • Managing relationships withfinancial institutions and externalstakeholders.

YouMust have
  • Chartered Accountant MBApreferred.
  • Minimum of 7 8 years of experiencein finance or accounting roles in the hospitalityindustry.
  • Demonstrated experience in financialanalysis budgeting and forecasting.
  • Strongunderstanding of financial regulations andcompliance.
  • Proven track record of strategicfinancial planning andimplementation.
  • Excellent leadership and teammanagement skills.
  • Advanced proficiency infinancial management software and MSExcel.
  • Exceptional communication andpresentation abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in afastpaced and dynamicenvironment.
  • Detailoriented with a focus onaccuracy and precision.
  • Strong problemsolvingand decisionmaking capabilities.
  • Ability tohandle confidential information with integrity anddiscretion.
  • Proactive attitude and ability todrive change andinnovation.
